We have the experience to provide a quick and simple loan process.

Terms
We offer 90% loans with a fixed rate and for up to 20 years to achieve the lowest payment
but can alter these terms to suit your needs. We do require you have an acceptable debt
to income ratio and GOOD CREDIT. There is a loan fee due at closing which covers a title
search, all FAA filing fees, a credit report and all closing documents.

Our rates are based on the loan amount.
$10,000.00 to $99,999.00-------------------------------------Call for rates.
$100,000.00 to $250,000.00----------------------------------Call for rates.

Our loan fees are based on the loan amount.
