Notes
I have known this plane for ten years. I owned it back in 2000 and have recently bought it back and am
very reluctantly selling it again. It has been exceptional maintained with no expense spared! It is also the
best equipped T Com I have ever seen with the Robertson STOL kit which gives you an accelerate/stop
distance of 1100 feet, a 600 foot ground roll and 1100 feet over a 50 foot obstacle as well as a 3800 pound
gross weight for a 1405 pound useful load. The tip tanks give you a 114 gallons for an endurance of 7
hours. The dorsal fin mod improves the single engine handling. The radios have been completely upgraded
with a GNS430 driving an NSD360 HSI and a digital KING Nav/Com driving a digital LA7800 digital indicator.
Even the KR87 ADF is digital! The WX950 is a full feature Storm Scope with a 200 mile 360 degree range
and the Century III autopilot has electric trim, pitch, altitude hold and is coupled to the GPS/Nav. The
EDM760 engine monitor also has built in fuel flow. The ELT was just upgraded to the new 406 model. The
compression's are all in the mid 70's and the props were just done. The paint and interior are still very nice
and still turn heads on the ramp! The tanks were all replaced back in 2001 and just about everything on this
plane has been overhauled or replaced in the last ten years. The logs are complete and very good.
I have never seen a better overall T Com!

Update: I'm completing an extensive annual including new tires & tubes, brakes pads & O rings, battery,
gear bungees & springs, heater test, IFR certification, new paint gear & wheels, etc.....
